The apartment Comfort Zone is situated in a Villa only 120m distant from the beach. It is composed of 7 rooms including 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a wide livingroom and it is surrounded by a large garden equipped of a terrace.

The apartment is 128 mq large and it is positioned in a Villa made up of two apartments whose entry are divided and independent.

The apartment on the first floor is used by the management of the structure (two people). From 6 November to 7 April, according to law, heating is in operation with radiators in each room and an independent boiler. For the summer the apartment does not require refrigeration devices due to the proximity of the sea and the vegetation present (11 tall trees and the hedge 3 to 6 meters high) however it has a Whirlpool penguin in room n.1  and three fans that can be used in the other two bedrooms and living room.

Living area:

Entry , n. 2 utility rooms equipped with washing machine, iron, ironing board and every house cleaning products. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, hob,  oven, microwave, dish washer, toaster, tea and coffee machine (Lavazza). Wide livingroom with a view on the garden.

Sleeping area:

.Two bathrooms: one with bathtub and one with shower.

Three rooms: n. 1 with King double bed, n. 2 with Queen double bed, n. 3 with King double bed + single bed or cot. This room has air conditioning. In total beds for n. 7 people

On request, it is possible to insert 2 bunk beds for children in room 3.     Maximum occupancy 6 adults and two children

Garden: 

More than 1000 mq. with a terrace furnished with sofas, tables and chairs, n.2 parasols and n. 2 sunbeds, and a brick-built barbeque.

Free services: 

Bicycles rent, Wi-Fi, internal covered car parking for n. 2 cars.

Free linen (kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms) that will be changed every 7 days.

The direct reservation for the period starting from May 15th to September 20th implies the free availability of a parasol and two sunbeds (every 4 guests, e.g. a reservation for 7 persons will imply n. 2 parasols and n. 4 sunbeds) at Bagno Maddalena located at 120 mt. from us, for the entire stay (check-in date and check-out date not included).

3 april - 3 may € 375 for night, minimum stay 3 nights

From 4 may to 28 september minimum stay 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday.

From May 3rd, for any periods not yet booked, it is possible to book a minimum of three days:

daily cost: May €400, June €450, July €500, August €550; then €450 until September 27th.

then 28 Sep - October - 3 Nov. €400 and from 4 Nov. as of December 22nd €375

Discounts:

Long stay of 28 days. : from november to march discount of 30 %.

From 1 october to 22 december and from 7 january to 28 march, 1 night free is offer for a weekly stay.

Tourist Tax:

From 1 january to 31 march and from 4 november to 31 december € 2,50 for day, for max 3 days.

From 1 april to 3 november € 2,50 for day, for max 5 days..

TERMS and PAYMENT CONDITIONS:

Payment upon booking:

5% discount The Customer pays the total price of the booking minus the discount and if he cancels within 15 days. from the date of arrival you will receive  A voucher for an amount deducted by the discount amount, which can be spent within 1 year from the date of the failed check-in.

Booking payment in two installments:

 The Customer pays 30% of the entire amount upon booking and 70% upon check-in

The booking will be registered upon receipt of the first 30% payment to be made by bank transfer, according to the provisions communicated by Comfort Zone, with the booking number indicated in the reason for payment. The 70% payment at check in can be made by VISA or MASTER CARD credit card or in cash within the amount limits set by the State Authority.

Comfort Zone will send the Customer the electronic invoice within the deadlines set by law.

CANCELLATION: For cancellations made before 30 days from check in, 50% of the first payment will be refunded.

In case of cancellation within 30 days before check-in or for failure to be present at check-in, the total amount of the reservation will be charged, except in cases of force majeure ordered by various governments or other causes accepted by the Management of the Facility.

Any refund, minus bank transmission costs, will be made within 90 days. subsequent to the booking date and upon sending a Credit Note.
