THE APARTMENT IS 128 MQ IN A VILLA ONLY 120 m DISTANT FROM THE BEACH. INCLUDED TWO UMBRELLAS ON THE BEACH.
Come to visit us and spend a holiday in our holiday home in Tirrenia (PISA): a Villa surrounded by a wide garden of more than 1000 mt, situated in a quiet area only 150 mt distant from the beach overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, honoured by the Blue Flag (an award for the good quality of water).
About Comfort Zone Villa and the apartment:
The Villa is composed of two apartments, one at the first floor where the owners live and one at the ground floor where they host their guests.
The house is more than 150 mt2 large and it is composed of three bedrooms, two completely equipped bathrooms, kitchen and a wide livingroom including dining room, library and workspace.
About the coast and Tirrenia:
The coast offers a variety of events and attractions to satisfy your expectations and to make you experience an unforgettable holiday.
Moreover, our temperate climate make bathing possible from April to October.
Also during the autumn and winter, our strategic position offers the possibility for a wonderful holiday in Tuscany, makig it easier the visit of nearby historical cities and the Tuscan Islands.
For golf lovers, "Golf Club Tirrenia" is situated at 1 km and "Cosmopolitan Golf" at 2 km, from Comfort Zone while, for tennis lovers, a number of tennis clubs are located across the area, as well as tennis courts on the beach into bathing establishments.
In addition, the coast disposes of a turistic port in Marina di Pisa, an aquapark ("Sunlight" is located ar 120 mt from Comfort Zone), Water Sport Village and equestrian centres such as Centro Ippico Boccadarno in Marina di Pisa.
Along the whole coast a lot of events take place during the summertime as entertainment for all the different age groups.
Particular attention is dedicated to children and families that with direct reservation to us, in the summertime (may - septermber), can freely use a parasol and two sunbeds on the beach at Bagno Maddalena (120 mt distant from Comfort Zone).
About the position:
Tirrenia is 15 km distant from Pisa and its airport Galileo Galilei.
It is situated into the Regional Natural Park of Migliarino - San Rossore - Massacciuccoli and in a strategic position for visiting the historical Tuscan cities, thanks to its proximity to the highway system.
We are open the whole year!
The management of the Villa is provided by the owner, Luigi, who lives at the first floor with his russian wife, Mariya.
Our guests can count on the presence of an operator for the resolution of any kind of problem and necessities regarding their holiday and stay.
