The 120 mq apartment is situated at the ground floor and it is composed of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a large livingroom inclusive of a dining room. 

 The spatious livingroom is complete with a dining area and a computer area equipped of printer, fax, scanner and free wifi making possible the use of the apartment for business meetings and professional events. 

The position is ideal for summer holidays thanks to the beach proximity, but it is also perfect for Golf and Tennis lovers, and a strategic location for visiting the most well known historical tuscanian cities. 

 The Litorale Pisano's coast features a variety of attractions in order to satisfy your expectations and needs and make you experience an unforgettable holiday.

 The temperate climate makes it possible to swim from April to October, but even during the winter season the closeness to the highway, the airport Galileo Galilei (15 km) and to the rail stations of Pisa and Livorno make it pleasurable a vacation in this area in order to visit the beauty of Tuscanian historical cities and the Tuscanian archipel's isles. 

 Our location is also perfect to host children and families.

 During the summerseason (from May to September) along the entire coast takes place a huge program of events devoted to the entertainment of all the different age groups called "Marenia... non Solo Mare". 

 Moreover, a particular attention is dedicated to children and families: we give to hosts with direct reservation the chanche of using for free two parasol and four sunbeds at Bagno Maddalena, a bathing establishment 120 mt.distant from the Villa.

 It is managed from the owner Luigi who lives at the Villa's first floor with his Russian wife, Mariya.
